in 4 Easy Steps!

Brian R. Rayve

Hello, my name is Brian Rayve, a patent attorney who helps inventors like you to protect and make money from your invention.

Many inventors have their ideas "ripped-off" each year because they didn't lock-in "patent pending" in time.

Don't let this happen to you.
You can lock-in "patent pending" for your invention for one full year by filing a provisional patent application.

This means that you are able to discuss your invention with others, evaluate its commercial potential and seek funding.

What is our four step process to get "patent pending" for your new product idea for one full year... read on.

Time's a wastin'... don't wait 'till someone rips off your invention to realize you should have gotten patent pending.

Click the get started button to protect your invention.

Lets get started!

Filling out the one-page form is free. There is no time limit. At the end, you may decide whether or not you wish to buy.

You do not need to have all of the details of your new product idea figured out or have a prototype... I will work with you on that!

Common questions.      Why choose us?

What is our EASY 4 step process?

Step 1 - Complete the Easy One-Page Online Form.

Enter some basic information about yourself and your new product idea. There is 1 page and the process takes about 5 minutes to complete.

You do not need to have all of the details worked out or a prototype... I will help you with that!

Your information is guaranteed to remain confidential.

Click here to view and print your personal Confidentiality Guarantee Certificate for your records.

Step 2 - Pay Our Low $997.00 Fee (Plus $16.25 S/H and the $105.00 government filing fee):

Following completion of the forms online in step 1, you will be directed to the secure PayPal website for making payment. You can pay using any major credit card.

Want to pay for your provisional patent application by personal check? Fill out the forms online, then send a check payable to the Law Office of Brian R. Rayve to address listed at the bottom of this page.

Step 3. We Create and File Your Application:

We carefully review your answers on the form and your sketches or photos for errors, completeness, and common mistakes, then prepare your provisional patent application in accordance with U.S. patent laws.

You review the prepared provisional patent application prior to filing. We make your desired changes and file your application with the U.S. Patent Office.

You get "patent pending" the day your application is filed for 1 full year. You must have a "utility patent application" prepared and filed within the 1 year patent pending period to keep the filing date of your provisional patent application.

Step 4. Post-Filing:

Once your application has received, the U.S. Patent Office will issue an official Filing Receipt that we forward to you by mail along with a copy of your Provisional Patent Application as filed, typically within 6 to 8 weeks.
